The standard 0.1" spaced dual-row 80-pin female header that can be cut into whatever length is required. You will lose a pair of pins when you cut it, and the resulting edge(s) may need to be cleaned up to make it look nice.
The short side is soldered into the PCB, and the long is the connector side. If you have multiple rows of pins to solder, these can save time and are easier, by essentially self-aligning compared to a single row.
These are commonly used on Arduino ISP programmer connections, and other multiple rows of PCB connections that need a female connection.
